Cancellations and refunds

Conditions for cancelling a booking, changing date or seats, and getting your deposit back depend on the artisan and each workshop. Check the experience page and your confirmation emails for details.

In general, cancelling well in advance may qualify for a partial or full deposit refund; cancelling close to the date or not showing up may mean the deposit is kept to cover costs and hard-to-fill spots. Each studio may apply specific rules.
