How does booking work?▼
Choose a workshop, date and seats, then pay the deposit online by card. You'll get a confirmation email. You pay the remaining amount directly to the artisan on the day, unless the listing says otherwise.
Can I cancel or reschedule?▼
Cancellation and change policies depend on each artisan and are shown on the workshop page or in messages. You can read a general overview on the Cancellations and refunds page. When in doubt, contact the studio or email support.
Are online payments secure?▼
Deposits are processed by Stripe, a certified payment provider. Handsome does not store your full card details.
What should I bring?▼
Each listing states what's included and what to bring (e.g. apron, closed shoes). Mention allergies or special needs to the artisan beforehand.
How do I join Handsome as an artisan?▼
Register as an artisan, complete onboarding with your studio details, and publish workshops. We can help you go live.
