Using the Handsome platform means you accept these terms. The service connects users and artisans for workshop bookings; pricing, dates and specific rules may be set on the workshop page and in messages from the artisan.

You agree to provide accurate information and not to misuse the service in a way that is unlawful or harmful to others or to our infrastructure. We may suspend accounts for serious or repeated breaches.

Online payments handled by third-party providers (e.g. Stripe) are also subject to that provider's terms. Amounts paid on site directly to the artisan do not pass through the platform unless stated otherwise.

Cancellation, deposit refund and change policies depend on the rules stated for each workshop and the artisan. Please read them before confirming.

To the extent permitted by law, liability is limited for temporary outages, content published by artisans or events outside our reasonable control. These terms may be updated; the last update date will appear on this page.
